Who I help.
The people who carry military life, and the families who carry it alongside them.
Who I Help
For people carrying military life.
The majority of my clients already carry the weight of service in some form. If that’s you or your family, you’re in the right place. I work with individuals, ages eighteen into their seventies and eighties, across every branch, the Guard, and the Reserves.
And you don’t have to have served to work with me. Military life is the heart of my practice, but if that isn’t your story, you’re welcome here too.
Veterans & Service Members
For those who served and are working through what came home with them. Trauma, transition, relationships, and finding steady ground again.
Military Spouses & Family Members
For the individual spouse or family member finding their own footing through deployments, moves, and the strain that military life puts on the people at home.
Caregivers
For the people caring for a wounded or struggling service member, carrying a load nobody sees. Your well-being matters too.
