What I Offer
One-on-one counseling, plus premarital sessions.
Everything happens by secure video, so you can meet from home, on base, or wherever you are, as long as you’re in one of the four states I’m licensed in.
Telehealth isn’t for everyone, but most people find it easier than they expect. You don’t have to rearrange your life. You stop for an hour, and then you pick right back up.
Individual Counseling
One-on-one support for anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, bipolar disorder, anger, and the life transitions that shake things up, from leaving for college to an empty nest. If someone you love is incarcerated, I can walk with you through that too, one-on-one.
Premarital Counseling
For the two of you, before the wedding rather than after everything is already on fire. We look at what’s there while it’s still easy to work through.Out of pocket, not billed to insurance.

- Compliant with the No Surprises Act, so you get a good-faith cost estimate before we begin
- Veteran-focused and in network with VA Community Care, a referral from your VA provider is required
